Hey everyone,

Let's plan a Six Flags trip after break! Please let me know what days you are free:

The ticket will be $25.  We will take a bus + BART there unless someone can drive?
Should be fun - and hopefully more people can come this time. Grin

Aw ok - well see the rest of you guys there!

Bring umbrellas if it's raining but we'll mainly be indoors so it does not
matter.  It'll probably look nicer up there at the end of a rain anyways.

Sorry for the miscommunication today - courts were full so we couldn't play + Perlin and I had too much homework to deal with.

I have Hearst court 5 booked from 8-10pm tomorrow if you guys want to play after Canasta though.  I'll bring my racket just incase.

Hearst - next to Hearst Gym and east of Barrows.

I have extra rackets.  It's depending on weather conditions right now though whether we go.

I might stay until 7:00pm, but there is a bus that takes you back at 4:50,
5:50, 6:50 etc if you want to leave earlier. Smiley

Hey everyone,

The Canasta Club will be taking a trip up to the Lawrence Hall of Science and the UC Botanical Gardens this Sunday, March 6. The two attractions are near each other, have a great view of Cal+ ocean + SF, and most importantly... are both FREE. Tongue

If you are interested in joining us, please let us know!! Smiley (Sign up on the website, link at bottom of email)

The Plan (or lack thereof)

We will meet initially at 10am on Euclid and Hearst Ave (northside, next to North Gate, across from Asian Ghetto).

Because the H line from Evans does not run on weekends, we will be taking a rather much more convoluted route to get there - via the 65 line! Grin

No worries though - this means we get to pass through the Rose Garden on Northside as well - more views and scenery. Tongue After the Laurence Hall of Sciences, it is only a 10 minute walk down to the Botanical Gardens whenever we decide to go. Smiley

Remember to bring cameras and good shoes and enough clothes to keep you warm incase we decide to stay until the sun begins to set. Grin

See you there!

The Canasta Club plays tennis every Friday before the meeting from 5-7pm on Hearst. Tennis is usually followed by dinner at the Asian Ghetto (and usually at least 1 person orders Chicken Yaki Udon from Sushi House).

It was okay for EE42.
224  The Meld / General Discussion / Re: cs 70 on: February 27, 2011, 01:37:30 AM
Ok but try to read EE42 chapter before we meet so we can go straight to the
homework. Smiley

CS70 HW is ok I think... I'm at least able to understand what they're asking
for. Tongue

So...
3-6pm = Review at 306 Soda
7pm = CS70 HW and then EE42 HW

Haha very nice that CS70 allows a cheatsheet... but I had the whole reader
with me during the homework and that didn't quite help. -_-

Is anyone going to the HKN review 3-6pm on Sunday in 306 Soda? Might go to that, so Perlin, if you want to meet earlier for EE42, let me know.
