[two extra tickets]

Hi everyone,

If you are receiving this email, we have ordered tickets for your trip to Six Flags! Just a reminder to show up tomorrow at 8:20 on BART/Shattuck tomorrow.  Bring $25 for your ticket; the additional $15 will be for bus/BART.

Just for fun, the first 10 people that show up, I will have free Red Bean popsicles for!

On a side note, we have two extra tickets, so just putting this out there if you know anyone else who wants to go ($25 ea).

Ah...Joy are you absolutely sure? We'd have an extra ticket left over otherwise (it's buy 15, get one free).

Hey everyone,

I hope you've had a nice break so far.  Please let me know soon if you are interested in coming to the Six Flags trip on Saturday.  Weather is going to be nice, transportation is arranged + group discounts.  No reason not come even if you do have midterms (I have 2 that following week)

I will be ordering tickets around Wednesday but the sooner you signup, the better.

Hope spring break is going well for everyone so far despite the weather!

Those of you already back (or never left) in Berkeley, we'll be meeting up for dinner and games (I brought quite a few from home ) at 6pm Friday.  We'll meet initially at Sushi House in the south Asian Ghetto.

     On Saturday April 2nd, the Canasta Club will be taking a trip to Six Flags Marine World Africa USA Discovery Kingdom! We'll be taking BART/Bus there and then getting a group discount for the tickets, so the total per person will be $40.

The Plan (or lack thereof)


What to Bring:
- Camera
- Yourself
- $40 for ticket/bus
- Money for food and souvenirs.
- Shoes that don't fly off.

Schedule:
8:20am: Meet at BART (2160 Shattuck)
8:30am: Take BART, then Bus 80, 2, and walk.
10:00am: Get to Six Flags - Yay!
12:00pm: Lunch at back of park (food court).
1-6pm: Yay for 5 hours
6:00pm: Regroup at front.
6:30pm: Walk to Bus 2, ..yadayada.. Berkeley.
8:30pm: Get home and bah.



Anyways, I hope to see most of you there.  Even if you don't like rides, there are AMINALS, and if you don't like them either, there are GO KARTS and GAMES.  Lots of fun stuff - don't miss out.

It looks like most of us are free April 2 or 16.  Marina, can you *really* not make those days?

Just letting you guys know the landlord was showing someone around today and mentioned there was an open studio and single-bedroom (3rd floor, across from my room ).

It doesn't seem like the vacancies are advertised often, so I would just call once in a while to ask (but the landlord gets annoyed easily so just call about a month before you're actually ready to move).

By the way, do try to get 3rd floor if possible.  From what I hear, the lower floors tend to have bad lighting (no sun) and you can hear people walking above you.
