Just letting you guys know the landlord was showing someone around today and mentioned there was an open studio and single-bedroom (3rd floor, across from my room
).
It doesn't seem like the vacancies are advertised often, so I would just call once in a while to ask (but the landlord gets annoyed easily so just call about a month before you're actually ready to move).
By the way, do try to get 3rd floor if possible. From what I hear, the lower floors tend to have bad lighting (no sun) and you can hear people walking above you.
